Do you have any areas of technical expertise?

What is your payment policy? 


My orientation is Psychodynamic, which means I'll help you identify old patterns and collaborate with you in envisioning new ways forward. I also have a background in Relational and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Payment can be made weekly through cash or check, and is due at the end of each session. I offer sliding scale fees based on availability and need. 


Do you take insurance?


I am an Aetna provider. 

If you do not have Aetna, I am also an out-of-network provider. If your insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, they will reimburse you for some or all of the cost of our sessions. The best way to find out about coverage is to call your insurance company directly and ask if 1) you have out of-network benefits 2) what the deductible is and 3) what percentage is covered and what percentage co-insurance there is, if any. I am happy to assist you in coordinating out-of-network benefits with your insurance company and will submit our sessions for you for reimbursement.


What is your cancellation policy?

How can I schedule an appointment? 



If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Since it is not always possible to fill the time reserved for you, I reserve the right to charge your usual fee if you do not give 24 hours notice and we are unable to find a makeup session for that week.
